Conveniently located off FM 1431, aka W. Whitestone Blvd., the subdivision is seven miles from Lakeline Mall and about four miles from 1890 Ranch, a complete shopping, dining, and entertainment destination in Cedar Park. North Rim encompasses three sections with 110 lots that are mostly 1 to 10 acres in size. Most lots in sections 1 and 2 reside in Cedar Park’s extraterritorial jurisdiction with Leander mailing addresses. Three remaining lots in sections 1 and 2 reside in the Cedar Park city limits, and eight lots in section 3 reside in Jonestown city limits.
